I am looking for a upgrade kit around the 250, so if it's 220€ it's good, 275€ as well.

What do you need? Whole PC? or just CPU and RAM?
8GB of ram is about 50e...And you can buy some Kingston HyperX DDR3 ram for that money...
And CPU for other 200e...well you can buy AMD FX 8350 for that money...and that is 8Core CPU...
