I (24M) was stationed in Washington for three years and I was gaining weight and muscle like nothing. I was happy and motivated. They didn’t make us run everyday and wasn’t melting in the hot sun the whole day.
Now got stationed in Hawaii and it sucks here! They make us run 5 miles every morning alone with 12 mile ruck marches and have us in the sun all day long.
We go to the field nonstop back to back and it’s so hard to gain weight with this new schedule.
I don’t get how I see so much muscular guys here I can’t even get my calories in. And I’m so tired after work I sleep. No energy to workout.
Just started working out and it’s so hard To gain weight everyone keeps saying I’m so skinny now. Please help !
TL;DR- how to gain weight in new duty station when they overwork my ***?

The problem is you have reached PARITY. A good place.
Get some cheese to go with your whine.
Stop setting out of reach goals.
So you want to look better to the guys in the Shower room, you want to pose for muscle magazines.... Not Good,
Parity is good. A balance between intake and exercise, is good.
What a problem! So sorry- but what do you think it's going to be like in Afghanistan? Eat more ice cream.
