I know this isn’t meant for sound medical advice but I figured id ask first before i go and create a medical bill for nothing. Since Wednesday ive been suffering from the WORST headache. Im not sure how it started but I remember being extremely irritated Wednesday morning and while i was out driving i just got this pain out of nowhere and i got super light headed and couldn’t see. I kinda thought maybe i had a head cold since it felt like i had alot of pressure in my head so i took some cold medicine and tried to sleep it off. But the slightest noise or even light made it worse. Thursday the pain was still there but i was so light headed i felt i was gonna just fall over and i felt kinda out of breath and still had the vision issue. Today i stayed home and now im just more so still with the headache and dizziness but it feels more like pressure in my head and like the inside of my head is dizzy if that makes any sense. My eyes hurt and i have to squint so it doesnt feel like my eyeballs are just uncontrollably rolling on their own. Ive still been taking cold syrup and BC powder too since it makes me feel a little bit better. I went to Walgreens and checked my blood pressure and it was 118/76. Which is normal but heres my thing. My blood pressure is normally 90-100/70. Never really been higher than that. So could an increase in my normal blood pressure create these symptoms? And should i be concerned?

The medications you are taking could raise your blood pressure and well as your anxiety about feeling ill. Sounds like you have a migraine.
You definitely should visit your doctor. What your describe could be several things. A migraine comes to mind. But you should be sure.
I think that the increase in your blood pressure is just normal daily variation. It's not far enough off of your "normal" to mean anything.
The other symptoms you describe make me think you've got a migraine headache. You might want to read up on that condition. Yes, they can go on for a few days.
Your pressure rises with pain, nervousness, stress, anxiety...the only time it's considered high is if it constantly over normal BP of 120/80. I would be more worried about your headache and dizziness..with aneurysms that happen randomly I would be more nervous and I wouldn't play around with those symptoms...it could just be sinus pressure related to a head cold which can affect the inner ear and cause dizziness. Your BP is normal.
