哪種木瓜適宜用來煲湯?

我以往煲木瓜魚湯, 都是用橙黄色皮、可以用來即食那種木瓜, 今天我發現原來有一種綠色皮、瓜身較實淨的木瓜, 請問可以用來煲湯嗎? 這兩種木瓜有何不同?味道有沒有分別?哪種用來煲湯較好
