因為工作 需要測試30下伏地挺身 手腕受過傷 導致很難練習 (只要手用伏地挺身的姿勢出力就會痛) 有在復健了 請問有沒有辦法 快速的達到30下 (開始工作後其實也用不到這個姿勢)?
