I think the best thing to do is not to let it get the better of you. Don't dwell on it. I know it's really difficult when it seems like no matter what good you try to do, it's misconstrued or stopped short by some idiotic misfortune, but you can't just give up. Yes, I've been down in the dumps and once you get there that's how it will be until you get back up and make some precious time worth while. Feeling worthless is the worst way to look at yourself. Often turn the corners and work on something else that you know well and give yourself some satisfaction. Go clean the toilets and just do anything will help take away that pity and worthless feeling. Thank God, we have a new day coming.
