yugioh question ... can i activate Stardust dragon´s effect while equipped to relinquished?
well... if i control a relinquished, and i equip him with a stardust dragon, dark armed dragon or ignition effect monsters can i activate their effects? for example stardust card text says: that you mus tribute the card, it doesnt say that has to be while is a monster card...

when its equiped to relinquished, it turns into a equip spell card. equip spell cards cannot be tributed
