Sailing instructor at a resort every time. You get to stand around on the beach, show happy toruists how to sail, and meet lots of interesting people. Then you all go for drinks and a meal, and you sleep in a nice comfy bed every night.
As a deckhand on a yacht, you are out at sea bouncing around on the ocean, sleeping for four hours at a time in a tiny bunk at a 45 degree angle, using a bouncing toilet at a 45 degree angle, before your next watch on deck, day and night, every day of the week. There are no days off at sea, and no complete nights' sleep. No thanks.

How much does each pay? Are both full time, all year? Both as an employee?
I think I would prefer the sailing instructor job. Isn't deckhand just a janitor at sea?
