Okay for starters I am 14 years old and a female. Okay well lately I just been feeling hungry ALL THE TIME. No matter the amount I eat I am always hungry. Like for example I will eat something and get hungry and eat something else. Sometimes I feel like I can't stop eating. I know for a fact I don't have a binge eating disorder because I only eat excessively once a week. Sometimes not even once. Anyways right now i am eating about 1600 calories a day. But I might go lower like 1400 or 1500 because I feel like i eat to much. Also I dont have a fast metabolism so that cant be the reason for always being hungry. Also dont say drink water it helps with hunger because I tried that and i am still starving :(

Are you really tiny that you are only consuming 1600 calories per day? Isn't 2000 the norm? At any rate the best thing you can do to curb hunger is the last thing you eat should be protein. It really curbs appetite. Then a cup of hot tea, whether black, green, or herbal. There's something about the warmth that satisfies that monster hunger. Remember carbs rev up your appetite, protein curbs it.
You're probably hungry because of puberty, or a growth spurt. And metabolism will catch up with you afterwards.
1200-1600 calories is probably an average of how many calories someone should consume a day
Try keep busy everyday. Say you don't have anything to do go for a walk, do some house work etc. You can also try keeping your mind off food. I feel the more you think about food the more you eat.
