With so many questions about Obama’s documentation, why not a congressional investigation?

Investigations have brought up too many anomalies on the birth certificate for it to be anything other than a forgery. Why would the President of the United States allow a forged birth certificate to be on his website? Forgery is a felony and should be pursued, so why isn’t congress doing its job? Why does the president have a social security card issued from a state that he never lived in? Why has he had his college records sealed, did he collect foreign aid while attending? Who issued his passport for the countries he visited while in college, a US passport would have prevented from entering some of those countries he visited? If these questions aren’t resolved and it should turn out to be that he wasn’t illegible for the office of president, what will happen in future? There is no limitation on fraud so at any point in the future this could come up again and everything would have to be overturned should these allegations have any validity. I’m really concerned about the chaos this could cause in the future!

I find it very strange that it doesn’t bother most of you answering this question that a future administration could investigate something that has already been found to be a forgery and possibly negate everything Obama has done! I was pizzed off when they let Nixon off the hook by pardoning him! I wanted the DICK put in prision!

Unlike McCain who congress (which was controlled by the Democrats) did a thorough background on to verify his birth as being one allowing him to run for President (due to the fact that he was born in Panama, although on an American Base), they refused to do any kind of check on Obama's birth because they KNEW he couldn't legally hold the office. In fact, the democratic party drafted two entirely different forms when they were submitting his name as their candidate. One certified that he was qualified (the one that wasn't used), and then another left out the certification, and THAT one is the one that was used to submit his name for ballots in nearly every state.

Why has Obama spent MILLIONS of dollars keeping his educational records sealed? Because some of those records that have been leaked show that he was registered at Occidental college as a FOREIGN student, paid tuition as a foreign student, and received financial aid as a foreign student. All of which would go to prove that either he A) is not a natural born citizen, or B) defrauded the educational institutions and is a provable LIAR and FRAUD! Either of which could have cost him the election if allowed to come to light.

Why isn't any of this under scrutiny by Congress now? Because it would create a serious constitutional crisis that nobody in government is prepared to deal with (but especially not the Democrats who would be highly embarassed). What would happen to everything done in the last 4 years? Throw it all out (it wasn't done by a legal president, so nothing signed into law is legal, none of his Executive orders (of which he has done MANY that essentially move power into the hands of the president, creating a dictator which the congress can't even question for 6 months while he consolidates power), all illegal!!!!! All of his appointments to political positions as well as the two supreme court justices ILLEGAL.

None of this will ever come to light, however, because the mainstream media, Democrats, and general population of mindless zombies will simply call you, me, and anyone else who questions Obama a Bigot, Racist, Birther, etc.

Now, as for your final statement about wanting him put in prison...I'll go one step farther. If proof ever surfaces during his lifetime (which I don't think it will) I think what he has done by usurping the authority of the president should be a CAPITAL offense, punishable by death. High treason against the people of the United States comes to my mind.

Well now, how can you have it "both ways"? Either the Republicans ARE wealthy, smart and powerful people who DO have the capacity to investigate or they are not and do not. Even though not currently in the Executive office, realise that Republicans DO represent many billionaires and millionaires and are STILL a major political party, with a number of Senators as well as members of the House, so are you saying that they LACK the resources or intelligence to investigate this and, if they discovered something, would lack the ability to bring forth their discoveries in a timely fashion? They have GOT nothing, obviously, or we would hear more than inuendo blowing hard.
