I think they fudging the numbers. Like in South Carolina the odds of dying from it are 1 in 60 but here in CT the odds are 1 in 11. They're not doing much to stop it while we're doing everything needed. In almost every red state with high numbers they have strangely low mortality rates when we know mortality in red states are much higher for pretty much everything else. And at least two red state governors were caught fudging the numbers, Florida and Georgia, so is that what's going on?

Head of GA healthcare system was fired for posting actual numbers. FL is said to be fudging numbers as Gov Santis says not a problem and nurses on the line say hospitals are full!!

I like movies. They put some really good quotes in them. One of my favorites is that the dead know ONE thing --- It is better to be alive.
Red states aren't reporting covid19 deaths because they hurt Trump's re-election chances
Look at the age groups getting it
The average age of the infected in those surge states, is younger then the average age was in say NY. This is why the death rates at this point are lower. Rest assured, those younger folk will infect the older folk and the death rates will catch up. What this proves though, is that younger folk, 40 and under, are not takeing the personal responsibility to keep safe. These spreads are from a number of things, the weather turning hotter so more going inside to keep cool. The protest, from both sides. Protestors that are traveling the county and spreading it as they go. People wanting to socialize and screw around. Even virus parties are now happening becouse some believe they will develop immunity and such. That may be true but is still unknown. As far as fudging number, NY, Colorado, even Ma has fudged, or altered their tracking numbers. The CDC was also caught fudging numbers. So you can't call out just the red, or just this or that one, without calling them all pretty much out.
Dr Brix (who the liberals like) has already publicly said she thought they were over counting deaths by as much as 25 percent. If you label everything COVID you are going to have a higher rate.
States like Florida and Arizona never really had it the first time around. But they are about to drop below California for rates.
