You would have to prove that God is a delusion first, and you would also have to prove the meaning of life, the existence of matter/energy out of nothing, and the source of everything to show that there is no need for a god
I'd say if anyone believes all other Gods besides the one they believe in are delusions, then I say they're just as deluded as they think everyone else is that believes in a different God.
When you understand why you dismiss all other Gods, you'll understand why I dismiss yours.
That's like saying alien life in the rest of the universe is a delusion. It's arrogant. It assumes you have knowledge of the rest of the universe and you don't. It is just as arrogant to say, "God does exist and if you don't think so, you are delusional."
However, your argument is circular and fallacious as a result:
In the spirit of your question, it's all about specificity. But to be literally correct "delusion" refers to the false belief in or about the object in question rather than the object itself, whether real or imagined. In other words you can be delusional about Hillary Clinton, (real), or you can be delusional about Santa Claus, (imaginary).
I think it's kind of rude to say it that way because we don't go around saying oh, that little kid has a "Santa clause delusion", it's just what he believes at the time.
To deluded minds, the spirit world is a world of delusion but to real people who know, spirituality is as real as the air we breath. We do not see the air we breath but we know that it is there.

Because there are other delusions.
If I said "the delusion" you wouldn't know if I meant gods or the pink aliens that I think are dancing on my head.

Gods are delusions
The definition of gods is "a delusion"
Therefore belief in God is a delusion.
Kind of silly.
