This use to happen to me occasionally when I was younger but now it is happening more often I noticed it happens when I’m extremely tired and I close my eyes to go to bed and right before I fall asleep my eyes will start shaking back and forth but it almost feels like my whole head is shaking and even when I open my eyes my vision continues to shake until I sit up or move around. How do I prevent this and why is it happening?
