¿How to become ranked highly on search engines?
I am starting a business abroad and I need know how I can get my company to be ranked highly on search engines. I am mainly looking at Yahoo and google. I am starting a langauge school and need to be ranked highly so I can get more foreigners from around the world to hit my web page.

You need to read up about 'Search Engine Optimisation' (or SEO for short).
Basic SEO isn't difficult but there is a lot of knowledge to swallow. Because this question gets asked so much here at Yahoo! Answers, I've written a basic guide to SEO which is freely available for download at http://www.adambunn.co.uk/seo-beginners.php
Sometimes you will get away with the basic knowledge in my little book and sometimes you will need a lot more help from a professional; it all depends on what market you are in and in your case what languages you will be dealing with, as some countries have hardly any competition...

Read up on search engine optimization. There are many, many tricks to help you with this. You just need to figure out which ones work best for you and are easiest for you to implement.
