Last night I started working out for the first time in awhile (quick 2 mile jog on the treadmill). I started out slow with a fast walk and eventually started jogging. When I started jogging, however, I felt a sharp pain in my knee but continued because it wasn’t too bad. I was unable to hear a pop due to my headphones being on.
After finishing my run, I felt fine. The next morning, I was unable to bend/straighten my knee or walk properly. My knee looks swollen, and my other one feels fine. I’m not sure if it’s just a strain or a tear but I really can’t walk, what could be the problem?

No one would know but the doctor who is able to take xrays. Obviously something went wrong but no one can possibly know what.
