I mean my gardening tools. I have a habit of flipping my hori knife or sequitors out of my 2 back pockets & flipping them fast so they`re in the right position for using as soon as I have my target in sight. Then I flip them back into their corresponding pocket when I`m done. If people are watching me work (which is very rare) some think it`s pretty shiny ... others think it`s dorky. I don`t care what they think. That silly little motion saves time in the long run. Also saves my hands & limbs a lot of strife.
I pretty much live and think differently than most people. I narrate my life in my head, I chang emore than once a day just because I feel like wearing one of my jeans, yeah those are probably the biggest differences, also I overanalyze and over think everything including minor things.
I have a system that's pretty weird, but hey....I manage to pass those tests, so I guess it works :D
Also, write. The way I write is very stylized, so it's easy to tell that I wrote it once you get to know the way I write. My english teachers never really see my free-writing style since I'm always so formal in my essays, but when it comes to poems....THAT'S a different story. All my friends' poems sound so formal with all the fancy words, it's like they wrote it in the 1700-1800's. I don't really have a problem with that, but my poems are always very modern. Simple words, simple layout, and an abstract idea.
When my mother was teaching me to tie them I misunderstood how she was doing it and did it differently. She looked at them and decided that since what I did actually worked, then she wasn't going to waste time trying to get me to do it the way everyone else does it. So she let me think I did it right and I didn't learn until I was an adult that everyone else did it a different way. Since the way I'd been doing it actually keeps the laces tied tighter, then I've kept the way I do it.
