How hard is it to learn French when English is your native language ?

EVERY language has slang nowadays
i am a French learner in school (Canadian 8th Grader)
and its somewhat hard, but you get used to it after a while
and you hafta use conjugations for verbs and blah blah blah
and there are so many rules about grammar and stuff
so its different for everyone so its kinda how you learn things
1st Language: Cantonese Chinese
2nd: English
3rd: French
4th: Japanese
It depends upon what you're evaluating to. Among the primary Western languages, French probably some of the toughest. If you are speaking approximately World Languages, French might be some of the simplest due to the fact a minimum of it is Indo-European, like English. Very tough languages comprise Hungarian, Chinese, and Eskimo.
I find It easy to translate French to english but not the other way round. 5/10
