Okay just last year in October my fiancé moved from his home to my home to be with me. Well two months ago in March a lady had pm me on FB and said my fiancé took her nieces virginity and that charges will be pushed well the night the lady said this happen my fiancé was me that day. And she don't know how they seen each other because they are always home except that night that she's saying my fiancé did it when he was with me so then 3 weeks ago my fiancé had to talk to the detective and he had said the hospital report said she was still a virgin. And that he will be charged for just texting the girl who was underage and the admitted to the detective and the detective told all she said she done was text photos back an forth so now my fiancé is being charged with statoury rape and if it's rape how could she still be a Virgin is what I don't understand so I know he will be charged for the pics detective told him that. I really hate that I'm in this situation my fiancé has never been in jail or arrested until Friday when the sherif came and picked him up from my house and I was wondering how much time could he be possibly looking at.?

There's something weird about this story. It's rare for a young girls' hymen to be intact -- usually girls break it in gym or something. But if it is, then it's not rape.
He will be charged for sending pics though, that's illegal. You can repost this with his age and hers, and what state you live in, and the info about the pics, and people can tell you what the charges might be.
Here's the thing... the man you say is your fiance has been sending nude texts to a child. He's emotionally cheating on you, at the least, and he's acting illegally. Is this something where you really want to stay with him? Why? He's not committed to the relationship if he wants to mess around with underage girls.
Also, frankly, while he's never been in jail, he has now been arrested. You don't know if this is the only thing he's done. It's entirely possible they will look through his phone and find he's been doing this to lots of other girls.
You only know this because he got busted. You should be grateful to that woman for prosecuting him.

With soliciting a minor and that he's looking at a year in prison for it and bonds lady said with his situation and charges he had she's surprised the bond isn't higher than what it is. And that I will need to testify in court since he was with me that day the aunt said all this happen. As for a father he's a very good father to his daughters.
I dont see how he could be charged with statutory rape when she is still a virgin and all they done was send texts, the judge at court will also see it that way but if the worst happens and he gets sentenced for this you will be talking at least 5 years in prison, Good Luck
