where would i find this information? i would imagine that radius would be very small right since center of mass should be next if not inside sun.
Update:so the answer is what is the radius of sun around center mass and what is the angular size of the radius. so if the radius is 449 km, what is 1.455*10^-11 parsecs. d=1/p, angular size is p = 1.455*10^10 arc sec

Definitely within the Sun. You can calculate this by knowing the distance between the Sun and Earth, and their relative masses. The center of mass is very close to the center of the Sun. "The Method of Moments" -- this is described at Wikipedia, and you can find the masses and distances there as well.
The Earth-Sun barycenter might be difficult to define because of interference by the Jupiter-Sun barycenter.
Interesting question though.
Less than 300 miles.
