what does this mean "ça va parce-que je te dit maintenant"?

And not the literal translation either

which is "because it will tell you that I now" and doesnt make any sense..

parce-que = because

je te dit maintenant = I am saying (it) to you now.

It sounds like someone asked "how are you", they said "I am fine", and then the first one did not really believe that. So they said: I am fine, because I say so / I am fine, I tell you I am.

I feel fine because I'm talking to you right now.

I think it's an answer in response to someone asking him/her "how are you?"

che qualita ha uno se vede uno sconosciuto che ha bisogno di andare allx27 ospedale lo porta e rimane per ricevere notizie sulla sua salute
