R-square is a measure of model fit; it's the square of the correlation between the value the model predicts and the actual dependent variable you observe.

Delta R-squared is the change in R-squared. This is the improvement (or degradation) in R-square from adding or removing terms from your statistical model.

Knowing nothing about R-squared, I suggest you take one of two approaches:

1. If the SPSS procedure you are using uses some sort of model selection algorithm

(e.g. stepwise, LASSO, whatever), then there should be a line in the output reading

"Change in R-squared" or something similar.

2. If the SPSS procedure you are using does not provide a model selection algorithm,

then you will have to calculate the change in R-square by hand. Find lines for

R-squared in the output for each model, and compute their difference outside SPSS.
