I know the last two lines are:

"Mom, Dad, forgive me

I have lost my mind."

I think the first line says, "I decided...." But I don't know what the last word (уити) is, and the online translators won't tell me.

I hope it doesn't mean something dirty. If it does, that would explain why the translators wouldn't interpret it. xD
