Boolean addition is defined by the rule
x ⊕ y = xy′ ∨ x′ y.
Consider the Boolean function in four variables w, x, y, z
defined by the formula f = w ⊕ y ⊕ xz ⊕ wxz ⊕ wyz ⊕ xyz ⊕ wxyz

⊕ is function x not equal to y in this case
boolean is a datatype which has two and only two possibilities true and false. Here they have set boolean done as false. the next line says while(!done) which means while done is not true means its false When done becomes true, the loop will be ended and the code after the loop will be xecuted. We can asssign any value to boolean in the beginning
