My brother got a ticket he is 17; he was driving without a driver license. He also went to court and they are sending him 90 days in jail and $1000 fine. What can I do that he doesn’t go to jail? Do you think getting a lawyer will help?

One or both of you are not being truthful. So we can not give you the answer you want.
90 days in jail sounds very harsh. Does he have a bad record? Was he on probation for something else? Was he involved in an accident? These could certainly enhance the penalties. If this was a first offense and he has never been in trouble before, then I would get a lawyer because that seems excessive.
Where are you? Because than doesn't sound right. 90 days in jail for a ticket, something must be wrong there. I would definitely consult with an attorney. Either that, or that is not the whole story.
My brother got 90 days for attempted arson.....he was drunk and acting very stupid, I think he deserved his time for that, but a ticket..that is ridiculous and a 1000.00 fine...that is crazy....what state are you in cause i never want to live there..
Driving without a license on the first offense will get you not even close to that penalty. It will usuallty reduce to some kind of misdemeanor. He must've done something else. If you want a correct answer from this, find out what else he did.
If this is his first offense he shouldn't get jail time. I think you are mistaken.
