Hey so my mum sent me a payment though PayPal friends and family and it says this on my account payment on hold then this We’re taking a closer look at this payment. It’s required for some payments and normally takes up to 24 hours. Please don't send until we tell you it’s OK. , does anyone know what this means and why it's showing ?
