I like epistemological solipsism which basically argues that there is an underlying structure with which we use to talk about/rationalize the phenomena we absorb.
the structure itself does not grant the truth of a predicate it only is either able to rationalize it or not able. So would say all truth is found in the structure but the truth is relativistic.

Well, some perception is required for reasoning to have a basis in reality, but in time our thinking is more and more based on reasoning.
