I thought it was called "Scottsdale, AZ" and had Jennifer Anniston in it, but I cannot find it so it must have been a different name and actress. It was made in the early 2000's I think. Probably categorized as black comedy/ drama, probably an indie. I can't even remember what it was about.

I remember this one scene where this guy's younger brother was always playing an old organ in their living room (Godspell's "Day by Day").
