Do the CREDITORS ever check on the management and operational practices of such retail chains before giving them HUGE CREDIT? Having worked at TJ HUGHES, there was NO training for the staff and very poor management. Also, there was little communication between the head office (Liverpool) and the stores scattered throughout the UK? If I went to the bank with a business plan that described the operation at TJ HUGHES (prior to August 2011), I doubt that I would be given CREDIT. It wasn't a question of IF TJ HUGHES would go bankrupt, but WHEN?
