So is it possible to get a disease from a ******* that you know the person your giving it to doesn’t have any diseases? I know I sound dumb I probably do but can you get any?

If they haven't any diseases then you can't catch any.
You I guess can but the probability is extremely low
You can only catch whatever they have.
