At 11 days old mom cat probably just took the dying kitten to another place and left it to keep the living kittens safe. At that age its unlikely she killed and ate it.
Should have confined mom to ONE room in the house to keep an eye on things. Please have mom spayed when kittens are 8 weeks old and rehome kittens no earlier then 10-12 weeks old.
Mom either ate the kitten or moved it somewhere out of the nest and it's hidden. You need to get mom and the remaining kittens in to the vet. Pack them all up in a carrier and get them seen. Make an appointment to get Mom spayed when the kittens are 8 weeks old (she can still continue to nurse them) as she will come back into heat and get pregnant yet again. If it's a genetic issue, or something contagious, you may lose the rest of the litter. They all need to be examined, and it may be something as simple as a big payload of worms or fleas. Note that you can't treat the kittens, as you have no clue what it may be - but the vet will. Call today.
I'm with the other Anonymous. It's common for the mother to eat any offspring that die, are deformed, or are weak. She eats every bit, including the soft bones. No trace remains.
When I had a bazillion cats, I had this happen twice.
When a mother cat feels threatened, either by humans or predators, and has no way to hide her kittens, she might choose to kill them to protect them. Queens will also kill kittens that have genetic defects or are weak as she does not want to waste her limited milk supply on caring for them. She may also eat these weaker kittens in an attempt to get some of her strength back after having given birth. If a kitten dies in the nest, she will eat it to prevent the decaying body from attracting predators or spreading disease among the remaining kittens

If she has access to the outdoors, she may have carried it out and abandoned it.
