There you are wrong. It did extend to all FREE citizens. There were many free Black landowners. George married Martha because she was a landowner, so he could vote. You are confusing voting rights and our constitutional rights.
Oh, come on, there are only 27 amendments. Surely you can read them. And you have heard of slavery and the civil war and suffrage, right?
