Obama care does not pay for itself. I would not call it Romney does not care, I would call it the majority of Americans do not want it. Which includes many democrats. It simply does not work!

I can't say for sure that any politician really cars about the people, nor do I trust politicians. They're more like salesman, and you would be more likely to meet a kindly thief than an honest politician.
