And after I was done with my session we went over prices and I decide ro get a 12 month program that they will charge you an amount ofoney and I agree to it so I signed the papers and stuffed it was under my dads acount that they took the money out btw im 16 this happened last wrdnesday and mt dad found out about the money in his account so he went over to the gym and.ask what was going and blah blah and he told the dude he was going to report him to his manager and the trainer was like no please im I

Not to the trainer. You stole the money from your dad? I'm assuming its a family membership. Your dad probably thought the trainer was wrongfully charging his account.
You owe an apology to your father for steeling and he owes an apology to the trainer; in a perfect world. You see how negative energy works? Next time use your brain power for good.
