I was recently and officially diagnosed with PCOS (cysts in my ovaries) on top of always suspecting I had that due to irregular cycles, mild acne, hair growth, etc. I found out via infrasound, I also have a Unicornuate Uterus (half of my uterus) with only one connected Fallopian tube and ovary.
The chances of my husband and I getting pregnant are still possible, but since my uterus is smaller than normal, risks such as miscarriage, fetal develment issues, premature birth, and breech pregnancy are concerns.
Anyone offer any advice or hope?

Advice? Meet with a fertility and high-risk pregnancy specialist, not just any Ob/GYN. Your current Ob/GYN can even refer you to one. Then discuss the realities of your ability to conceive and carry a child to term as well as options such as surrogacy or adoption. Also, consider starting counseling or therapy. It is normal to be saddened and upset by this news, but it shouldn't consume you. If you are obsessed with giving birth and don't feel you have self-worth if you can't, then you need to be in therapy.
I am so sorry that you are going through the loss of your possible future biological children. That cannot be an easy thing to go through. Biology isn't the only way to have a family or have children though. There are so many children in the world that would love to have parents like you I'm sure. Children that will be as much yours as if they had come from your very body.
