Pointshop.co.uk deducted £45 for 1 month for their membership. Is there anyway to get the refund?
I subscribed to Pointshop.co.uk for 14 days trial for £1 and after 14 days they charged £45 straight away without notifying or authorisation. They say its in terms and agreement. I know there must be more people who got the money deducted in the same way from this site. Now i want to know that did anyone get the refund? Coz they say they don't refund the money.

This is the way these companies wotk. They depend on people not cancelling on time and it is always clear in the small print.
You've lost the money, sorry.
That's how free trials work. If you don't cancel in time, they charge you.
They get you because they know that customers who signed up, will *forget* to cancel, and be charged.
Sorry guess you won't make that mistake next time :))
Make sure you cancel the account otherwise you will be charged again next month.
