My sugar was at 300 this morning so I called into work (daycare). Where one of the employees that opened chewed me out. Instead of going to the ER I was going to just go into work. My fiancé called to see if they found someone to cover my shift for me while I jumped in the shower. The girl that chewed me out then showed him out and my boss got on the phone and said "well if she has any issues I'll just terminate her. Have a good day" and hung up the phone. I am not at the dr for my sugar and going to take in a Drs note. But I still this she will fire me. Is this even okay????

You can be fired for any reason or no reason in 49 out of 50 states, and this includes calling out sick. You can even get a doctor's note and still be fired.
She can't fire you for health reasons. It's probably illegal. You could sue.
However, you are probably going to spend too much emotional energy on it if you do. So you can decide if that's the best use of your time.
You really, really need to work with a doctor to get your sugar under control. Do you know your A1c?
No, your failure to properly maintain your levels is not okay.
Employment in all states except Montana is at will. That means you can quit at any time with or without notice and for any reason or no reason at all. It also means they can terminate you for no reason or any reason that does not violate EEOC guidelines.
A small daycare provider is probably not subject to FMLA.
how do you take in a doctors note if you're not seeing your doctor? YOU cannot write your own note and what are you doing about your blood sugar? do you want to die?
They can fire you, yes.
