So I'm 15 and I'm overweight....im 200 pounds right now....(was 215) and I'm 5'5 !! I know that's really bad !!! With this rate of weight lost I will lose 3.5 pounds a week!!! I heard it was super bad 2 lose this much but since I'm over weight I think this is good amount 2 lose??? Is thy safe 4 me 2 lose this amount since over weight ???

I was 207 and I'm 5'6. I lost two to three pounds a week and I hit 155 by June of last year. I started in October of 2010 and ended June of 2011. And I was fine. :] keep up the work girl! You will be and look great!!
It's normal when you first starting losing weight to lose a little more quickly and then it will slow down. you'll also lose more quickly the more you have to lose. When you get closer to your goal weight it will go a lot slower.
Sounds to me like you are doing fine!
your still too young, don't rush on losing weight that fast, make it gradual. just stay healthy and do your exercise routine.
It really depends how you're doing it... If you're doing it in a healthy way then yes.. If you're starving yourself then no....
