I got my eyes checked recently. I’m afraid of losing my vision completely and I’m aware of exercises I can do to better my vision. I go to school and I need to at least wear contacts to see the board so I feel like these exercises aren’t going to be effective if I do them and then put on my contacts in afterwards. To me it doesn’t seem effective but I don’t want to risk not wearing them and bumping into things lmao. Any suggestions?

Here is my suggestion: Wear your contacts.
in addition to eye exercises, WATCH LESS TV, stop staring at computer screens so much, ask your doctor for a better "eye related" diet, including LOTS OF CARROTS, and get more sleep.
Im 14 and my vision is 20/70 so be grateful
You can do exercises for 100 years and they will never improve your vision , so forget that nonsense.
You are myopic, that isn't a disease. There is no reason to believe you will lose your vision as long as your eyes are healthy and disease free.
There really is nothing that can be done about your condition at your age anyway. There are surgical options available when you get over 25 , meanwhile don't worry about it , you won't lose your vision , if your vision gets worse, you just get stronger contacts.
In all medicine, even with eyes, the physical therapists are the answer above any doctor or nurse is any more. So yeah, I would put faith behind the eye exercises more, and refer to the physical therapist for moral support and things like that for it.
