So I was trying to fast today, but I had to eat meals or it would be suspicious. Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: Cereal (Pass)
Lunch: Small grilled cheese (Pass)
Dinner: Lettuce, cucumber, cheese, egg, (Not too bad so far), a lot of pasta (So pretty much fail)
Dessert: Chocolate cake crap with ice cream and other crap on top…(I have specific rituals for that restaurant) (FAILLLLL)
Would any of those be extremely hard to puke out? I was pretty close to a flat stomach but then my family made me go to the restaurant (Which happens to be a buffet. And one of my favorite restaurants >.<)

please dont throw up your food... its really bad for your body... just do an extra situp tonight :) flat stomachs dont come from diet... they come from hard work
Puking after meals doesn't help you lose weight, you still absorb all the calories so it's really pointless (and unhealthy). What you ate really isn't too bad, plenty of people eat worse. Just consider it a treat day and get back to healthy eating tomorrow. Also, fasting doesn't help you lose weight either, it actually makes you gain in the long run
