JUNK EMAIL – how can I stop an individual person from sending me emails when they ignore my requests to stop?
I have been receiving e-mails from the mayor of a city I used to live in. I have told him repeatedly to stop sending me e-mails and to remove me from his list, but he refuses to comply. He also publishes the full email addresses of people he sends them out to, which gets me put on other email lists. Is there any action I can take against him, legal or otherwise, to reprimand him for his actions?

i don't know if there is any legal actions you can take, but you can classify his email as spam or simply block his address and you shouldn't see his emails ever again :)
If the e-mail comes from a non-government (the city) site, forward to and complain to: abuse@(fill in the site)
