It’s been like a week and I got red bumps on the back of my tongue kind of on throat, like swollen taste buds. They Do not hurt. There’s also a white coating on top of it that I try to scrape off. I feel like something stuck in throat at times and cough at times. I feel no other symptoms. I am a heavy smoker of marijuana. I am 19 years old. Can this just be oral thrush or what can it be ?
