Carolynn doesn't know what real love is. Unconditional love doesn't have 1000 conditions that comes with it. Love is not a process. Thats just ways that we try to understand what love is, to rationalize what love is, but actual love doesn't need to be understood.
Sexual attraction at first sight is real. Love? Well, falling into real love is a process which takes more than just a glance at someone. Falling in love takes more than a day or a week or even a few months.
Love means having someone around that you know will hold your hand when life give you a swift kick in theAss.... how many people do you know who will do that?
It is infatuation .. caused when your subconscious patterns recognize the patterns expressed by someone else through their subliminal signals.
Unfortunately, the stronger the chemistry is at first, the worse the relationship will turn out to be once the brain "high" of infatuation dies out. Our subconscious patterns are subconscious because they are painful and we don't WANT to consciously face them .. but our brain seeks what it knows .. so when there is strong chemistry, it means this person is going to end up bringing out pain to the surface where we can feel it more fully.
Actual love is NOT a feeling. Feelings are self-centered, and when we inevitably get hurt, if we are selfish about our attachment ,then we become mean and unloving to them.
Love is an action .. a mutual decision that grows slowly over years spent being partners living together. And that is to remain nurturing and supportive, to care about what the other needs, and to be gentle and respectful even when hurt or upset by our partner ... and even when the marriage goes through those inevitable low periods where we don't even LIKE each other.
Interest/attraction at first sight is true for people.
The only instance I can think of where love at first sight may be true is parents of newborn infants, but really, they love them before they are born so even that isn't true.
