If it’s affecting your life, then you see a therapist and start to address the issue. If not, then there’s no reason to stress over being “ok” or “normal”.
If it's getting in your nose and mouth to were you can't breath you actually are drowning but then just simply get your head out of the stream of water, if you are trying to wash your hair, just wash your hair. You shouldn't be using deodorant soap on your face anyway unless it's Dove.
