I heard some sunnahs that it is haram officially. But what about unofficially? Like when you meet strangers or registers on gym or something and writing on some documents...I hope you understand what I meant. On which cases it is okay? Since I am living in Japan and people often thinks you gonna say your husband's last name... My husband he's still new in islam and he understood about this but was asking too what about unofficially?
