Deja vu won't make dreams come true or give you premonitory dreams. It's just something that goes a little out of order in your brain. Normally when you experience something, it goes into your short term memory, and then your long term memory. When you have deja vu, that gets a little messed up, and your long term memory registers the experience as familiar when your short term memory gets it. (at least that's the explanation I've heard, it's a fairly complex phenomenon).
I know it can be unsettling. I know when I get it, my imagination goes wild, and I start imagining up what is going to happen next, and it almost never happens. Mostly because I usually imagine really wild things, and not things that would be trivial to guess.
Yes, anxiety can supposedly make it more common. As can certain drugs (like pharmacy drugs, although maybe dealer drugs too), especially when interacting with other drugs.
I suggest that whenever you feel the sensation starting, start imagining what is going to happen next. Pick something pleasant, like unicorns giving everyone sherbert, my mistake is that I end up imagining something terrifying. Train yourself that the deja vu experience is your unicorn detection sense. Your brain isn't always rational, and you can probably trick yourself this way. That way the deja vu feeling won't be as frightening, and when unicorns don't show up, that might help the feeling subside. Although you might end up craving sherbert.
Is Deja Vu Bad
That's not what déjà vu is; it's just a vague feeling you've done something/been somewhere/had this conversation, etc...

Is it bad to get déjà vu ?

Although it could be one of those, it usually just means your brain is playing a trick on you. Everyone gets deja vu. Don't worry about it. :)
Deja vu is just a weird feeling that you've already done this before, it doesn't mean anything
I read in an NDE book that those are important memories we have from the after-life , where there is no such thing as time . I had a few in my younger days . To me they are experiences telling us that we are on the right track , and to keep going .
No.
Now if you're having Jumanji that would be a bad thing.
No it's not. Shove off your friends.
Some people say that it means your are on the "Right Path" in life....
