Change the equation to make one coordinate at left i.e.

3y-2x=6

=> 3y=6+2x

=> y= (6+2x)/3

=> y= 2+(x)2/3

Just put the values of x= 1,2,3,4 and so on.. and get the corresponding y values and plot the same (x,y) on coordinate plane.

OR

3y-2x=6

=> -2x=6-3y

=> x= (6-3y)/(-2)

=> x=-3+(y)3/2

=> x=(y)3/2 -3
