That's a difficult one. They were after all the empire on which the sun never set, and their influence was everywhere. But if I had to pick, I'd say Asia (I don't know how broad of an answer you want). In Central Asia, they were involved in the "Great Game", where they competed for influence with the Russian Empire over the various states/khanates. In East Asia, they were engaged in a lot of bullying of China, and forced considerable concessions, not the least of which was the lease of Hong Kong.
