I’m still trying to figure out sequester?
Every government department gets more money this year than they did last year (increase in their budget) but they didn’t get as much money as they wanted. Now they must make cuts in their departments because the increased amounts of money weren’t enough to maintain the current costs of their departments. Has this sequestration caused big inflation and the costs of these departments have increased so astronomically that cuts must be made?

Obama calls it sequester because he wants stupid people to think he is not getting any money when the truth is he is only getting most of what he wants! He has ordered shutdowns in government service to make (again stupid people) think the government doesn't have the money to keep those things operating.
The government knows what they are doing.
If it takes closing a few parks and eliminating White House tours so the First Lady can go on vacation, I think that is a small price to pay.
Look Obama told you it would hurt and he is going to make sure it does. That's why he continues give money to other countries so the poor in this country can suffer.
The sequester is like going on a diet and not losing the weight by your target date then cutting your leg off to meet your weight goals.
