I’m a 15 year old boy, how can I quit masturbation forever?
I’m 15 and I’m a boy. I want to stop masturbating because I usually feel better when I don’t, plus I feel really guilty when I do it. I’ve attempted to quit once and I went 2 weeks without masturbating. I also want to quit masturbating because I heard it makes you last longer during the real thing. How can I stop masturbating and avoid relapsing?

You do not need to quit masturbating. I am 45 years old and I still masturbate almost every night before bed.
Get a girlfriend who likes to have sex and have sex three times a day.

There is no reason whatsoever to feel guilty about masturbation. It's absolutely normal and natural (roughly 99% of the population masturbates at least some time in their lives) and provides many of the same physiological benefits that sex with a partner does. I highly doubt you actually feel better when you don't masturbate than when you do, because masturbation and orgasm makes the individual feel so good. Your sense of guilt and shame about it is duping you into thinking you feel better when you don't, but you keep doing it because you physically need to do it and your brain is hard wired to desire it. There is no guilt or shame in masturbation or other sexual activity.
15 year old boys are designed to do it = why feel guilty.

You can finish growing up get a job and find a wife the Bible says that when you are boy you behave as a boy but as you grow to be an adult you grow up into him who is our head that is Jesus Christ so while you are a boy you were going to do things like a boy but when you grow up be prepared to get yourself a job and a wife and the stop doing things that children do like playing with their pee pees

Actually not masturbating at all makes a guy ejaculate really fast when he goes to have sex-- abstinence will cause a guy to be super horny when he goes to have sex, so the sex will be over really quick. Which is why many guys will even masturbate a couple hours before sex just to last longer. Masturbation is normal to do, just get rid of the guilt trip and keep the masturbation. Given nearly all guys do it and average rate is at least once daily- -there is nothing to be guilty of. Should not feel better, masturbation has no side effects. Just sex. Your parents have sex, nearly all adults have sex, they all are fine, masturbation is no different for a male physiologically than intercourse-- just using the hand instead of the vagina for the stimulation, with the same end result. Sexual intercourse of course is way more fun. But most adult males will still masturbate even if they have an active sex life. Just a normal thing to do.
When you feel like masturbating go out of the room and be with other people in the home.Always do this so that it will distract you from the act.Regards.
