I think the word you want is “vegetables” - “veggies” is a baby word to me, like horsey or doggy.
It's hard to believe that anyone could dislike ALL vegetables: just thinking of potatoes that can be boiled, boiled and used cold in a salad, boiled and mashed, made in French fries, made into crisps (chips I think in the USA), they can be roasted, grated, or served as jacket potatoes (which can be stuffed with butter, cheese, baked beans etc.). Then there's peas, beans, carrots, broccoli, swede, onions, leeks, lettuce, radish, cress, mustard - all different.
If you've decided you don't like any of these things then don't eat them.
What an interesting first story to post from a newly created YA account.
Why not schedule an appointment with your family doctor and show them what you have written here when they ask what brings you in today. Use this as a basis to have a frank discussion on how you are doing. They can do a full physical and neurological workup to see if there are any medical issues that need to be addressed. Since you have questions about your sense of taste your doctor can refer you to an ENT that can evaluate both your sense of smell and taste. Your doctor can refer you to a dietician or nutritionist that can evaluate your current diet and help you make better choices. They could even help you by showing you how to make the veggies good. Your doctor can also refer you to a mental health professional that can evaluate your current mental state and work with you to end your public embarrassment of eating veggies in front of your friends.
They may even know of someone that is doing a clinical study on how to encourage vegetable consumption. If you are accepted they would interview you to get your history and then present you with a range of vegetables and record your experience of trying each one.
